• Comment whatsapp on this reelIn 2015, WhatsApp had 90 crore users and just 50 engineers. How? The answer is hidden in the ticks you see every day. ✓✓ ✓ Your phone stays connected to WhatsApp's server. Message reaches the server: one tick. ✓✓ Friend online? The server pushes it to their phone, the phone replies "got it": two ticks. 🔵 Friend opens the chat: blue ticks. Friend's phone off? The server holds the message, delivers it when they're back, then deletes it from the server. And it's end-to-end encrypted, so even the server can't read it. Which programming language made this possible, and how many lakh people fit on one server? Comment WHATSAPP and I'll DM you the full breakdown 📩 #systemdesign #whatsapp #backend #techinhindi #codinginhindiOpens Instagram
