Is there anything to pay before I sell?
No. The Free plan costs nothing each month, and giving a product away costs nothing at all. okan’s fee only applies when a buyer pays.
What comes out of a sale?
Razorpay’s processing fee, and okan’s platform fee with GST on it. Every order in your dashboard shows what was collected, what Razorpay took, what okan took and what is yours.
How do I get the money?
Buyers pay okan through Razorpay. Ask for a settlement whenever you like, and it is paid out within the time your plan states.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing you have built disappears. Existing automations and products keep running; you just cannot add more than the smaller plan allows.
