How Instagram comment-to-DM automation works

Every automation is the same four parts. You write them once.

The trigger
Pick every post or only some, and whether any comment counts or only your keywords — “price”, “link”, “guide”, whatever you ask people to type.

The public reply
A short reply under the comment. Everyone reading the comments sees you answered, which brings the next person in.

The DM
A plain message, a product card with Buy and Payment done, or up to two link buttons. Optionally, ask them to follow you first.

The delivery
Free products: the download link is in the first DM. Paid ones: after paying, the buyer taps Payment done and okan sends the link once the payment is confirmed.

Details

Does the buyer leave Instagram to pay?

Buy opens Razorpay’s checkout in Instagram’s own in-app browser. They pay with UPI or card, close it, and they are back in the chat.

Why does the buyer tap “Payment done”?

That tap is what lets okan message them again with the file. okan checks the payment really arrived before it sends anything.

Can I use a different keyword on each post?

Yes. Each automation has its own posts, keywords, public reply and DM.

What happens to comments that don’t match?

Nothing is sent. okan only replies to comments that match an automation you have switched on.
