Data Deletion

okan is operated by OKAN Solutions. You can cut off our access at any time without asking us, and ask us to erase everything we hold about you.

Disconnect it yourself, immediately

  1. Sign in to okan.
  2. Open Instagram in the menu.
  3. Click Disconnect beside the account.

This deletes the account’s Instagram access token straight away, and we stop acting on its comments and messages. The automations, products and orders you made are kept so that reconnecting picks up where you left off; to erase those too, request full deletion below.

You can also cut access off from Instagram’s side, without signing in here: Settings and privacy → Apps and websites → okan → Remove.

Request full deletion

To erase everything — account, products, uploaded files, conversations, customers and orders — email amangoel300@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. We action these within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your Instagram access token and cached profile.
  • Products, uploaded files, planned posts and their media.
  • Your persona, including the reel transcripts it was built from.
  • Automations, trigger history, conversations, messages and customer records.
  • Orders, except the transaction record tax and accounting law requires us to keep, for up to eight years.

One thing we cannot delete. Messages already delivered to a customer live in that person’s Instagram inbox, not on our servers. Deleting your okan data does not retract messages that have already been sent.

If you bought from or messaged a creator

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you too: your comments and story replies, the messages sent to you, and your contact details on any order. Email amangoel300@gmail.com with your Instagram username or the email you paid with.
