Delivery Policy

Everything sold through okan is digital: a file, a link or a video. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and delivery works the same in every country.

When and where it arrives

• Bought in an Instagram DM. After paying, tap Payment done in the same chat and the download link arrives there, usually within seconds.
• Bought on a creator’s page. The download link appears on the payment confirmation page as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.
• Free products. The link is sent straight away, with no payment step.

A payment that is still being confirmed by your bank can take a few minutes. The link is sent the moment it clears.

How long a link lasts

• Paid products: the link works for 365 days and up to 50 downloads.
• Free products: the link works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads.

Save the file once it downloads. A link stops working if the order is refunded or the creator removes the product.

If it does not arrive

Message the creator on Instagram first; they can resend it. If that does not work within 48 hours, email amangoel300@gmail.com with the email or phone number you paid with. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund under our refund policy.
